Morgan Park dropped their record down to 6-4-2 on Friday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins at home. They lost 12-4 to the Jones Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Mustangs have lost by exactly eight runs.

As for Jones, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. The result was nothing new for Jones, who have now won five contests by eight runs or more so far this season.
