Benet Academy waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 29-28 W against the Plainfield Central Wildcats. The Redwings' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Benet Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Plainfield Central, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Benet Academy will square off against rival Marist at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Plainfield Central is set to face off against their familiar foe Plainfield South at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
