Soccer Recap: Alhambra Takes a Loss

Alhambra was not able to break out of their rough patch on February 8th as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Fairfax Stampede. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Stampede apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2020.

Alhambra's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Fairfax, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-2-1.

As of now, neither Alhambra nor Fairfax have any future games scheduled.
