Volleyball Recap: Southmoore Comes Up Short

Southmoore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Piedmont Wildcats. If the SaberCats were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Southmoore's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Piedmont, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season.

Southmoore has already played their next match (against Edmond Santa Fe), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Piedmont, they will welcome Yukon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
