Taylor Zalunardo and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Taylor Zalunardo was instrumental in extending Sierra's winning streak to six on Thursday. Zalunardo rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards she has had since back in August. She also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles and defending a pass.
Sierra is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. Zalunardo and Sierra will host Oakdale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Janessa Barnes was instrumental in extending Sierra's winning streak to six on Thursday. Nobody could stop Barnes as he picked up 74 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
For the year, Barnes has caught 28 touchdowns while averaging 76.5 receiving yards per game. She's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, she had eight receiving touchdowns.
