Softball Recap: Brandon Valley Extends Winning Streak to Three

Brandon Valley put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 8-7 W against the Jefferson Cavaliers. For the Lynx, this counts as revenge for the 5-4 victory the Cavaliers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Danielle Schoby was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Kennedy Fitts was another key player, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.

Brandon Valley's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Jefferson, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Brandon Valley is set to face off against their familiar foe Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Jefferson will challenge rival O'Gorman at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
