Volleyball Recap: Alvord Extends Winning Streak to Three

Alvord took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Poolville, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bulldogs narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Monarchs 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since September 13th.

Alvord wouldn't go down easily and took Poolville into a fifth set where they got it done with a nine-point win. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-18, 27-25, 18-25, 15-6.
