Sports Leadership & Management strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Universal Academy Falcons. The Spartans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Sports Leadership & Management took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-12, 25-15.

Sports Leadership & Management found their leader in sophomore Luke Lapointe, who had 13 digs and two assists. Those 13 digs set a new season-high mark for Lapointe.

Sports Leadership & Management was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in four consecutive contests.

Sports Leadership & Management pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Universal Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Sports Leadership & Management wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Riverview Academy of Math and Science on the 8th. As for Universal Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate on the 9th.
