Volleyball Recap: Hiawatha Red Hawks vs. Holton Wildcats

Hiawatha lost against Holton back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Red Hawks fell 2-0 to the Wildcats.

Adison Williams paced Hiawatha's offense, picking up four kills. Williams really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 11. Kaeleigh Ruckman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Holton was led to victory by Bailey Kathrens and Faith Olberding. Kathrens had 11 digs, while Olberding had 11 assists and five digs. That's the most digs Olberding has posted over her last two matches.

Hiawatha's defeat dropped their record down to 13-19. As for Holton, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-8 record this season.
