Toronto skates past Catholic Central with ease

The Toronto Red Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 57-26 win over Catholic Central at home. The win was some much needed relief for Toronto as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Despite the loss, Catholic Central still got an impressive performance from Benjamin Rook, who scored 12 points along with three steals. The matchup was Rook's 12th in a row with at least ten points.

Catholic Central struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Toronto's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-4. As for Catholic Central, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Toronto will stay at home for another game and welcome Buckeye Local at 7:30 p.m. on January 12th. Buckeye Local is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Catholic Central, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Southern at 5:00 p.m.
