You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Gunnison on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Aspen Skiers out of the water with a 40-10 final score. The Cowboys have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.

Sienna Gomez continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Yaslin Hernandez, who posted six points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.

Gunnison has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.2 points over those games. Aspen's loss dropped their record down to 5-16.
