Recap: Woodlake Tigers vs. Corcoran Panthers
The Woodlake Tigers lost against the Corcoran Panthers two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Woodlake was dealt a 82-52 defeat at the hands of Corcoran. While losing is never fun, Woodlake can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1430th, while Corcoran is ranked 467th).
Joziah Alaniz was his usual excellent self, scoring 33 points for Corcoran. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Alaniz has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ethan Hammond, who scored 12 points.
