Soccer Recap: Rockford Auburn Comes Up Short

Rockford Auburn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Huntley Red Raiders, falling 8-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Rockford Auburn of the 9-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Rockford Auburn's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Huntley, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 3-0-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rockford Auburn will square off against Rockford Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Huntley, they will face off against Guilford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
