Softball Recap: Hickman County Extends Winning Streak to Three

Hickman County hadn't beaten Calloway County on the road since March 24, 2016 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. The Falcons walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Lakers. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Hickman County's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Calloway County, they are on a 19-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-19.

Coming up, Hickman County will face off against Fulton County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Falcons are facing the Pilots at the right time seeing as the Pilots are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Calloway County, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Caldwell County on the 19th.
