The Fraser Ramblers will head out on the road to take on the L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Fraser is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.

Fraser is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to ten runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Lutheran North on Monday. They fell 4-1 to the Mustangs. The matchup marked the Ramblers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Fraser saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabel Wilson, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base. Ava Julian also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, L'Anse Creuse North started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Chippewa Valley. They came up short against the Big Reds on Wednesday, falling 14-8. The Crusaders haven't had much luck with the Big Reds recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

L'Anse Creuse North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Fraser, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.

Everything went Fraser's way against L'Anse Creuse North in their previous meeting back in April of 2023, as Fraser made off with a 12-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Ramblers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
