Whitney won the last time they faced West and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats blew past the Trojans 9-1. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Whitney is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for West, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-6-1 record.

Whitney will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Trojans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
