Softball Recap: Tinora Rams vs. Hicksville Aces

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Defiance, Tinora was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-3 win over the Hicksville Aces. The victory continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Aces: they've now won six in a row.

Zoe Billings made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high.
