Soccer Game Preview: Mark Morris vs. Columbia River

Mark Morris hasn't had much luck against Columbia River recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Monarchs will host the Rapids at 2:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Friday, Mark Morris didn't have quite enough to beat Kelso and fell 2-1. Mark Morris have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Columbia River unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Monday. Neither they nor Camas could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result kept Columbia River happy, as they haven't lost a game since March 11th.

With that draw, Columbia River's record moves to 7-1-1. As for Mark Morris, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7-3.
