Softball Recap: Gibbs Comes Up Short

Gibbs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Booker Tornadoes, falling 27-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tornadoes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 29-9 back in February.

Gibbs' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Booker, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-5.

Coming up, Gibbs will take on Anclote at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Booker does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
