Volleyball Recap: Crowley County Takes a Loss

Crowley County lost against Cheraw back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chargers came up short against the Wolverines, falling 3-0. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Crowley County was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Cheraw's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 29-27.

Crowley County's record is now 5-9. As for Cheraw, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Crowley County will be playing at home against Las Animas at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cheraw, they will welcome Eads at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
