Volleyball Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Haleyville Lions, falling 3-0. The Aggies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Hamilton took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-13.

Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Haleyville, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-8.

Looking ahead, Hamilton will face off against Hackleburg at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Haleyville, they will square off against Winston County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
