Volleyball Recap: Greenbrier Victorious

Greenbrier won the last time they faced Davidson Fine Arts and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wolfpack walked away with a 2-0 win over the Titans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolfpack.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Greenbrier took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-14.

Sam Wanamaker was the offensive standout of the match as she had six aces and three digs.

Wanamaker wasn't the only good server: Greenbrier was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Greenbrier's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Greenbrier will face off against Statesboro at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Davidson Fine Arts, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Harlem on the 7th.
