Basketball Game Preview: Vance County Vipers vs. South Granville Vikings + Official Tickets

For the second straight game, Vance County will face off against South Granville. The Vipers will host the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Vance County is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against South Granville by a score of 64-56 on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vipers.

Vance County's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Destiny Timberlake, who posted 18 points and five rebounds. Those 18 points gave Timberlake a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicola Thompson, who earned 15 points.

Vance County's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for South Granville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
