Basketball Recap: Monticello Finds Playoff Glory Versus Camanche

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Monticello had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 60-29 victory over the Camanche Indians. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 25 points or more this season.

Monticello is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Camanche, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-10.

Monticello will have a chance to go back-to-back against Camanche: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
