The Patrick Henry Patriots will take on the Tinora Rams in a tournament on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Tinora will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Patrick Henry extended their winning streak to three on Saturday. Everything went the Patriots' way against Arcadia as they made off with an 18-8 victory. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Elisiana Wyandt was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four stolen bases, five runs, and four RBI. Those five runs gave her a new career-high. Summer James was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Patrick Henry kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, while Tinora put up some runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Antwerp. The Rams blew past the Archers 7-0. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Archers: they've now won four in a row.
Zoe Billings was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. Billings was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with one double and one RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to hits, as she's now got three or more in each of the last three games she's played.
In other batting news, Karly Carpenter and Lexie Baldwin did most of the damage at the plate: Carpenter went 2-for-5 with one triple and two RBI, while Baldwin went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI. That triple was Carpenter's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Madison Spangler, who got on base in three of her five plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
Patrick Henry's victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Tinora, their win bumped their record up to 8-16.
Tinora's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Patrick Henry has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.4 hits per game. It's a different story for Tinora, though, as they've been averaging 8.8 hits. Given Patrick Henry's sizable advantage in that area, the Rams will need to find a way to close that gap.
