After a string of eight wins, Ontario Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They took a 61-45 bruising from the Aquinas Falcons. The Knights were probably out for revenge after losing 70-69 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

It was another big night for Vincent Warsaw, who went 10 of 16 en route to 22 points and four steals for Aquinas. Another player making a difference was Malachi Jones, who posted seven points in addition to 13 boards and three steals.

Ontario Christian's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 12-10. As for Aquinas, their win bumped their record up to 9-13.

Ontario Christian will face off against Linfield Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Aquinas, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Aquinas Falcons challenge the Arrowhead Christian Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Arrowhead Christian has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 204 points over their last three matchups.
