Basketball Game Preview: North Fremont Huskies vs. Ririe Bulldogs

North Fremont and Ririe are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2022, but not for long. Both will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

North Fremont is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They snuck past West Jefferson with a 71-67 win on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Ririe, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Salmon 69-19. That 50 point margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

The victory snapped Ririe's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-9 record. As for North Fremont, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.

North Fremont didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Ririe in their previous matchup on January 15th, but they still walked away with a 55-51 victory. Will North Fremont repeat their success, or does Ririe have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
