It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Raymondville had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past IDEA Edinburg College Prep 44-22. The Bearkats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 22 points or more this season.

Adaleigh Knight was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it 20 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Raymondville's points. Abigail Alfaro was another key player, going 5-for-9 en route to 10 points and eight boards.

Raymondville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in four consecutive games.

Despite the loss, IDEA Edinburg College Prep still got an impressive performance from Ana Rodriguez, who posted six points.

Raymondville is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 16-13 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.3 points over those games. As for IDEA Edinburg College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 18-11.

Raymondville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 96-25 defeat against West Oso on the 13th. IDEA Edinburg College Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
