Basketball Recap: Florida School for the Deaf & Blind Takes a Loss

Florida School for the Deaf & Blind was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were dealt a 69-41 defeat at the hands of the Halifax Academy Knights. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-34 two weeks ago.

Florida School for the Deaf & Blind's record is now 1-7. As for Halifax Academy, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Florida School for the Deaf & Blind won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Interlachen at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Interlachen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.6 points per game this season. As for Halifax Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Brevard HEAT at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
