Volleyball Recap: Placer Hillmen vs. Middleton Vikings
Placer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Middleton Vikings.
Kallie Stofleth paced Placer's offense, picking up six kills. Stofleth got some help from Cecelia Jones and her seven assists.
Placer's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Middleton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
Placer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Merced on the 29th. As for Middleton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Foothill on the 29th.
