Softball Recap: Everett Extends Home Winning Streak to Three

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Berlin Brothersvalley, Everett was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 10-5 win over the Meyersdale Red Raiders. The high-scoring effort was just what the Warriors needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Everett's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Meyersdale, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Everett will venture away from home to take on Southern Fulton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Meyersdale, they will take on Berlin Brothersvalley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
