Softball Game Preview: East Henderson Eagles vs. Franklin Panthers

East Henderson hasn't had much luck against Franklin recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. East Henderson has given up an average of 15.3 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Friday just wasn't the day for East Henderson's offense. They came up short against Pisgah on Friday, falling 21-0.

Meanwhile, Franklin entered their tilt with Smoky Mountain on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 19-2 win. Considering the Panthers have won 11 games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for East Henderson, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-18.
