Football Game Preview: Woodbridge Warriors vs. University Trojans + Official Tickets

Woodbridge is on a five-game streak of home losses, and University a four-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The Woodbridge Warriors will welcome the University Trojans at 7:00 p.m. University took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Woodbridge, who comes in off a win.

Woodbridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 35-0 win over Katella. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Warriors considering their seven-point performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, University played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Portola, falling 32-3. The matchup marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

University's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Woodbridge, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Woodbridge didn't have too much breathing room in their game against University in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 19-14 win. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
