Sumter entered their tilt with Westwood on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Redhawks. That's two games straight that Sumter have won by just one goal.

Alfredo Gutierrez and Alexander Krivejko scored both of Sumter's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Sumter now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Westwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-19.
