Volleyball Recap: San Clemente Comes Up Short

San Clemente lost against Archbishop Mitty back in September of 2016 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tritons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Monarchs. The Tritons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-17.

San Clemente's loss dropped their record down to 21-9. As for Archbishop Mitty, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-2.

Looking ahead, San Clemente will face off against Mission Viejo at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Archbishop Mitty, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Ironwood Ridge on the 4th.
