The Bluejays' defense stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 1-0 shutout on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for Marshfield, who have now won three matches in a row.

Marshfield pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Sikeston, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
