Volleyball Recap: Valley View Extends Road Winning Streak to Nine

Valley View lost to Greater Nanticoke Area back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Cougars narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Trojans 3-2.

While Valley View might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Greater Nanticoke Area scored at least ten points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-23, 25-21, 20-25, 15-10.

Valley View's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-4. As for Greater Nanticoke Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.
