Football Recap: Howard's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Howard brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They enjoyed a cozy 31-12 victory over the North Edgecombe Warriors on Thursday. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Although North Edgecombe took the loss, they still got scores from Rashid Deloatch Jr. and Saadiq Barber.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for North Edgecombe, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Howard will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Warriors: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
