Basketball Recap: American Leadership Academy's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Six

American Leadership Academy extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from CJ Christopher Williams. American Leadership Academy took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging an 86-51 win over the Paradise Valley Christian Prep Panthers thanks in part to Williams, who posted 55 points. That makes it eight consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of American Leadership Academy's points.

American Leadership Academy pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.0 points per game. As for Paradise Valley Christian Prep, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

American Leadership Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Academy with Community Partners at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
