Keeshawn Love Dazzles in Fernley Victory
Starting off the list is Fernley's Keeshawn Love, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Love rushed for 190 yards and a touchdown. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in October of 2023.
If history really does repeat itself, Love might just drop another big game when he faces off against Lowry on Friday. When Love last faced the Buckaroos back in October of 2023, he rushed for 225 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.2 yards per carry.

Jace Estabrook was instrumental in extending Truckee's winning streak to 20 on Friday. Estabrook rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Estabrook and Truckee will square off against Elko at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Estabrook up against the Indians' star signal caller Ethan Kraintz. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Big Game from Bird As Churchill County Fell 31-21
Churchill County was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Matthew Bird did his best to prevent it. Bird turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 73 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 137 yards and a touchdown while completing 71.4% of his passes.
Churchill County now has a losing record at 3-4. Bird and Churchill County will venture away from home to face off against Spring Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
