Volleyball Game Preview: Mulberry Panthers vs. Ridge Community Bolts

The Mulberry Panthers will head out to take on the Ridge Community Bolts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mulberry will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Mulberry got the win against Haines City by a conclusive 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-18, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Ridge Community came up short against Poinciana on Tuesday and fell 3-1. The Bolts haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Ridge Community couldn't get the W, but boy did they fight for it: two sets took extra rallies. The final score came out to 25-20, 23-25, 27-25, 28-26.

Ridge Community's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mulberry, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Everything went Mulberry's way against Ridge Community when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Mulberry made off with a 3-0 win. Does Mulberry have another victory up their sleeve, or will Ridge Community turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
