Volleyball Recap: Arlington Takes a Loss

Arlington saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Roosevelt Mustangs. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jayden Tran paced Arlington's offense, picking up five kills. Tran got some help from Ethan Nguyen and his four assists.

Arlington's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Roosevelt, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season.

Arlington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Upland on the 1st. As for Roosevelt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Beaumont on the 1st.
