Basketball Recap: St. Timothy's Takes a Loss

St. Timothy lost against Our Lady of Mount Carmel back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. St. Timothy's took a 56-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars. St. Timothy's has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel found their leader in freshman Jaylah King, who posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Amya Goodsell, who put up ten points.

St. Timothy's now has a losing record at 6-7-1. As for Our Lady of Mount Carmel, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.

St. Timothy's will be playing at home against Archbishop Spalding at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. St. Timothy's is facing Archbishop Spalding at the right time seeing as Archbishop Spalding is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Our Lady of Mount Carmel, they will square off against Albertus Magnus at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
