Baseball Recap: Coleman Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Coleman can now relate to. They came up short against the Sacred Heart Academy Irish on Saturday, falling 21-1. The Comets haven't had much luck with the Irish recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Coleman saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zayne Lytle, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Coleman's loss dropped their record down to 8-20. As for Sacred Heart Academy, they pushed their record up to 21-4-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Coleman nor the Irish have any future games scheduled.
