Football Recap: Treasure Coast Comes Up Short

Treasure Coast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 19-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dunbar Tigers. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 26-10 to the Tigers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Treasure Coast's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Dunbar, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Treasure Coast will look to defend their home field on Friday against West Boca Raton at 7:00 p.m. As for Dunbar, they will venture away from home to take on East Lee County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Jaguars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 40.25 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
