Basketball Recap: Yankton Takes a Loss

Yankton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 41-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mitchell Kernels. The Bucks/Gazelles were not able to make up for their loss to the Kernels from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Yankton's record now sits at 1-6. As for Mitchell, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.

Yankton will head out to take on Watertown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mitchell, they will take on Huron at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
