You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Steward on Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks out of the water with a 69-40 final score. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 26 points or more this season.

Steward got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ava Johnson out in front who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten boards. The dominant performance gave Johnson a new career-high in points. Savannah Martin was another key player, going 6 of 11 en route to 15 points and six rebounds.
