Volleyball Recap: Mill Valley Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Victory + How To Watch

Mill Valley had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Lawrence Free State Firebirds as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Jaguars: when they faced off against the Firebirds back in September, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 25-12, 26-24, 27-25.

Mill Valley was led to victory by Skylar Kluck and Haedyn Lynnes. Kluck had seven digs and four aces, while Lynnes had five digs and one assist. Those seven digs gave Kluck a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Mill Valley was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces every time they've taken the court this season.
