Volleyball Recap: Tree of Life Christian Takes a Loss

Tree of Life Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Northland Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Tree of Life Christian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-15.

Tree of Life Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Northland, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Tree of Life Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Whetstone on the 30th. As for Northland, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Briggs at 7:00 p.m. on the 8th.
