The Elkhorn Antlers will square off against the Columbus Discoverers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbus took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Elkhorn, who comes in off a win.
Elkhorn barely beat Lincoln Northwest the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Antlers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Falcons a 9-0 shutout on Monday. The Antlers haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Elkhorn kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Columbus came up short against Standing Bear on Saturday and fell 6-2.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Elkhorn, their victory bumped their record up to 8-11.
Elkhorn suffered a grim 13-5 defeat to Columbus in their previous meeting back in April of 2023. Can the Antlers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
